I am using the Mac version of Holmes, and though I initially found it to work perfectly it has slowed down so much recently that I cannot use it; it crashes regularly and takes upwards of 20s to respond to a click, let alone displaying Data.

I would like to see this issue addressed, or at least have clear instructions for how to reinstall the software effectively (A delete-and-replace didn't work at all).

Failing that, an alternative means of extracting the data from Wattson would help me bypass this problem, and perhaps visualise my Data elsewhere (Googledocs) while Holmes improves.

Thanks for Wattson, though; it works perfectly.

Thanks Peter for this suggestion. I am preparing the relevant information today and will post it as soon as I have it ready.

Hi,
If you are going to say there are bugs, why not list what the known ones are so people can decide whether to install or not. At the moment I don't have enough information to know whether I should upgrade.

Also, why not provide a page showing the version history so people can see what features and bug fixes are introduced with each new version of software.

Regards
Peter
